Controller
Summary:
Our Corporate Controller role requires a hands-on leader who is detail
orientated, persuasive, and results driven. As Corporate Controller, you
will be responsible for the management and performance the accounting
organization. Oversee and direct the following functions: general ledger,
cost accounting, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll,
fixed assets and cash management. Drive improved performance of accounting
department metrics. Reviews published accounting department metrics with
management team. Ensure standard financial and budget variance reports are
prepared accurately and are distributed on a timely basis. Prepare other
financial or operational reports as needed
Qualifications and Experience:

in accounting or related field
combined with a minimum of ten (10)
years of solid general accounting
management experience in an
electronics or related manufacturing
industry. |

Solid

Program Manager
Summary:
Our Program Manager role requires attention to detail, customer focus, and
strong business acumen and analytical skills. As Program Manager, you will be
responsible for the, performance and completion of a key account by ensuring
quality, on-time delivery, service, and price/value, along with other
operational metrics. Maintain contact with the customer regarding forecasting
and supply chain needs. Direct the integration of a program management team that
includes: purchasing, planning, engineering, document control, as well as
quality assurance and manufacturing. Ensure conformance to customer
requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:

Materials Supervisor
Summary:
This position requires a hands-on leader who is detail orientated, persuasive,
and results driven. Materials Supervisor is responsible for the
supervision and performance the materials organization. Responsible for
the following functions: receiving, stocking, material handling, storage, and
shipping. Drive organizational process improvements and associated metrics
in a lean manufacturing environment.
Qualifications and Experience:

Associate’s
degree and a minimum of seven (7)
years experience of which two (2)
years must be in a supervisory role
in an electronics or related
manufacturing industry. |

Must have applied
experience with kanban and lean
manufacturing systems. |

Production Planner
Summary:
Major responsibilities of this position includes: placement, administration and
maintenance of Manufacturing Orders, Customer Orders, and Forecasts utilizing
MRP systems to level-load customer requirements. Analyze production
schedule and Kanbans relative to Engineering Change Notices. Manage and Input
Return Material Authorizations. Represent the production planning control
function by interfacing with program managers, purchasing, production,
engineering, materials, shipping, customers, and others as required to address
capacity and supply issues. Represents the Customer Focus Team in daily
production meetings and facilitates Customer Focus Team Meetings. Prepare
technical reports including, but not limited to: CFT Report, Shortage Report,
Forecast and Demand Accuracy Analysis, etc. Review completed work orders
for variances and discrepancies, reconcile and close. Provide
recommendations for decision making, problem solving, and training in areas
related to production and material control. Review and/or recommend
process changes and improvements, and prepare written instructions for personnel
involved that facilitates the implementation of these methods and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:

Machine Operator
Summary:
Set up all machines properly according to setup instructions. Operates all
machines correctly, efficiently and within quality standards. Perform routine
maintenance on all machines. Maintain products and communication log. Performs
machine operator duties as needed in all areas of production.
Qualifications and Experience:

1 year experience operating one of the following machines (AOI, EKRA, Sapphire, Topaz, BJU, CNC). |

Assembler
Summary:
In a manufacturing team environment, assembles printed circuit boards, electronic components, subassemblies, or systems using
a variety of materials, tools and documentation. Solder through hole and surface mount (SMT) components on PCB boards.
Qualifications and Experience:

Must have strong SOLDERING skills to perform all plated through
hole tasks and basic installation or touch up of surface mount components are required
for this position. |

1 year plus work experience in electronic manufacturing environment. |

Component identification skills for both PTH and SMT components, including polarity. |
| ◦ |
Familiarity with use of calibrated tools used for assembly, measurement and verification,
such as pneumatic power tools, torque drivers or critical measurement tools such as calipers and pin or hole
gauges is required. |

Must be able to understand and follow complex work instructions, adapt quickly to changing
priorities and job assignments and work well with others. |
