The Drive-for-Five Program
Our Customers are our Number One Priority! The Drive for Five Program began in 2007 to advance continuous improvement in our organization. Annually, we survey our customers on our five key metrics: On Time Delivery, Quality, Price-For-Value, Technology, and Responsiveness. This feedback helps the executive team focus a company strategy for the following year. We continue to improve our customer service year over year, as seen below, demonstrating our proactive approach to reach our overall goal of “5".
Customers can feel confident that ATS sets the standard for excellence and is a strong customer focused company. ATS also has a company goal to achieve all “5s” on the annual Circuits Assembly magazine survey of EMS providers. |
